Foma contract
CA NOT LIVE YETHMVodHkQqGQzodopjXp79nXXSqY7kMaKZ39oktw3fomaPick your favorite Fomo trader. Give your coin a treasury.
Build toward a flywheel of trades and buybacks.
Launch a coin around a trader you believe in. Direct creator fees to Foma’s treasury. Build toward automated copy trading and buybacks.
HMVodHkQqGQzodopjXp79nXXSqY7kMaKZ39oktw3fomaThat’s the experience we’re building. Today, launch on Solana through Pump.fun and set your intended trader. Fees fund the treasury; trading automation and buybacks are not running yet.
100% of available creator fees are assigned to Foma’s treasury. Each coin keeps its intended trader in its metadata.
Once enabled, the treasury will use those funds to copy the selected trader. Each coin will have a separate accounting allocation.
After every 10 closed trades, split new net profits: 50% buys back that coin. 50% compounds. Fees, costs and prior losses come first.
Trading and buybacks are not running. Until they are enabled, collected creator fees stay in the shared treasury, controlled by its wallet owner. Launching does not send funds to a Fomo account or grant access to one.
The planned accounting tracks each coin separately. Checkpoints occur after 10 closed copy trades. Buybacks use half of newly realized net profit above the previous profit high-water mark, after trading costs and prior losses; fee deposits and unrealized gains are excluded. The other half remains trading capital. No profit means no buyback.
Repurchased tokens would be held by the treasury; no burn is promised. The policy is a proposal, not an enforced contract, and does not promise returns or price support. Foma does not add a separate launch fee.
Collect available Pump and PumpSwap creator fees into the Foma treasury.
